"Excellent! Gerry was great to work with and extremely responsive. They helped us quickly when we had water damage in our basement due to our gutters being clogged and leaking. In addition to cleaning the gutters and fixing the gutter that was leaking we had gutter covers installed on the entire house and three gutters tiled to push water further away from the house. I would highly recommend!"

"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"They started and completed the job on a Saturday as promised (roughly 2 weeks after my down payment). I told them to put materials wherever they want as long as they donâ  t block my south most garage door. They put a dumpster in that location! Nevertheless it was resolved by Sunday evening thanks to Richard (from Sure Dry Roofing) calling the dumpster contractor to resolve the issue (They hired bintheredumpthat.com [I highly recommend this guy! He came out on a Sunday to resolve this!!!]). The cap for my range vent was lost during the roofing install. No new cap was installed before a rainstorm the next day (Sunday) but no water damage. Richard showed up Sunday to get a check from me for the final half of the $ I owed him. I complained, he went to the hardware store, purchased a new cap, installed it and resolved my issues. Overall I am happy. The roof looks very nice. However, it is supposedly a 50 year roof that was installed only 2 days ago. Being the pessimist that I am, this review is very premature. If not for the issues listed above this would be a 5 star review."

"These guys are great! Andrew was knowledgeable and made the experience easy. Super reliable. I’d recommend them to anyone needing gutter work."

"Came out and checked out the chimney - chase cover had rusted and was letting water leak in ( had some staining on my ceiling ). Gave me a fair quote, had a custom stainless steel cover fabricated and installed quickly. They did a great job and would hire again."
