"<p>Our refrigerator line had broken as I was reconnecting our refrigerator line.  Water spewed everywhere as I was finally able to shut off the main water line.  I first called Korte Does It All as my neighbor had suggested using them. They said that since it was deemed an 'after hours emergency call', then it would be $689.  OUCH!  I then remembered my past realtor suggesting using Till Plumbing if I had ever encountered a plumbing need.  Upon calling Tony Till, he said he could be there promptly between 8:00-8:30 the very next morning and even game me a preliminary estimate of around $125.  Obviously, we felt it was well worth the wait even though we knew our morning routine would be disrupted in having our water back on later than normal.  In summary, Tony arrived promptly as promised and made the much needed repair in less than an hour.  The replacement part itself was just $15.  Tony's demeanor and honesty was superb on all fronts.  I wouldn't hesitate a second in hiring Tony again for a future plumbing repair.</p> <br />"

"We had Serenity Kitchen & Bath remodel and update our kitchen, as well as do some repairs and a small remodel on a bathroom. We had never had a professional remodel done on a house, and Steve and his crew made the whole thing as stress free as possible. From picking out materials and flooring to the finished product and everything in between, Steve, Chris and the rest of the team at Serenity Kitchen & Bath were amazing. They were on time, respectful, professional, and did amazing work. "Everything went well except for the float assemblies themselves. Since I was getting the float assemblies replaced anyway, I asked for very high quality units. I was willing to pay for this. I didn't want to have to mess with this again for at least 30 years. What I got were very cheap plastic units. I didn't catch this for about 6 weeks The units are designed to allow the float level to be adjusted. On the one toilet where I tried it, I found the adjustment mechanism was stripped. Can not adjust level,"

"Service tech was good at what he did. They are way over priced. We paid $261 just to have the bathroom faucet handles leak fixed. It looks as though we were charged for a full kit faucet kit. They did not replace the whole faucet. Our entire bill was over $500. Seems very overpriced."

"Colvin agreed to install the new vanity, sink, medicine cabinet and sink faucet and cut the legs off the over-the-toilet cabinet and mount it on the wall in addition to installing the new shower and the exhaust fan which we purchased from Colving. The electrician Colvin had install the exhaust fan not only installed the fan, but vented it out through the roof which was a major plus. The over-the-toilet cabinet accidentally fell over during the project and the glass doors broke. Colvin replaced the cabinet with a better grade wall cabinet at no extra cost to us. Brad, the installer, started the project on a Thursday and had it completed by the following Wednesday. Brad was always punctual, conscientious and hardworking. I’m short and the shower head was just a little too high. When Guy Colvin came out for the final inspection, he lowered the shower head so I could easily reach it and said there was a bracket available that could be installed for use when I didn’t want to get my hair wet. We liked that idea. Guy said he would send Andy, another installer (who lives in Leo), out to install the bracket and put knobs on the wall cabinet for us. On the scheduled day, Andy arrived a few minutes before the time agreed on and had the shower bracket installed and the knobs put on the wall cabinet in short order. It may sound silly, but the shower bracket and cabinet knobs really made my day! Our entire experience with Colvin Kitchen & Bath was a very pleasant one, beginning with Josh Walters, the Sales Representative, right through Julie in the office to Randy Colvin, Brad, Guy Colvin and Andy. We highly recommend Colvin Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants a bathroom remodeled."

"After phone interview the owner stopped out for a visual inspection and further evaluation of services needed. Advised that this in era of home the shower plumbing was not accessible without removing fiberglass surround and removing a section of drywall. However, they would be able to replace existing faucet handles interiors so that they worked properly and did not leak. Adjusted toilet flanges for new ceramic tile being installed and replaced original shut off valves. Re-installed one toilet in lower bath and replaced original toilet in another bath. Capped off gas line at its source for an old in ground grill. Everything was done promptly and as promised. Quote was right on target. This is our second experience with Mr. Plumber and we will use them again as needed. <br />"
