"I was scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. No one showed up from H & T and there was no phone call. As I was leaving another company showed up at 10:30 A.M. I did let him inspect the chimney. He did not know how much but finally agreed, after some discussion, accepted what I was told it would be for inspection without cleaning, $125.00. Not dependable. I never received a call from H & T with any explanation or apology before or after. I will not use the company again."
