"Erskine does a fantastic job! He has divided a room into two for me, replaced windows and doors, built railings and installed grab bars, put in a beautiful kitchen backsplash, installed bathroom mirror/light fixtures, and repaired drywall and trim. Painting is next on the list! He is extremely professional and responsive and I feel like I have a true partner in my home renovations. As a bonus, he is also reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!"

"Kingdom Construction is a Christian-owned company with complete integrity. Their prices are fair, employees professional and polite, and work was completed on time with the yard looking great when they left. I'd hire them again for any construction or removal services."

"More Than Floors did a wonderful job with the installation of our hardwood floors. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend More Than Floors."

"They did a real good job. The new floors are beautiful"

"They did not arrive until after 12pm every day. We have young kids and asked that they be gone by 5pm everyday for dinner and bedtime routines. Their showing up at 12pm, meant they had to either work past 5pm, or come back for longer. The job took 5 days. On the second to last day they did not leave our house until almost midnight. They drank our beer in garage (which we didn’t realize until we saw cans sitting all over the place), took multiple smoke and phone breaks and just sat out there for long periods of time. Our house was left a complete mess which required me to spend hours removing glue from the wood floors, door handles, and bathroom sink. They left glue buckets and other trash all over the garage. Debris was everywhere in our home as they did not to prevent this (dust from sawing, etc.). He ended up redoing the first room he did, at our request because they just floated the wood and it was terrible (not their fault). At the time of discussion he said he didn’t want to charge us anymore. We took this to mean there would be no charge. The night before the job ended my husband gave them a check for the agreed upon amount. He then emailed and texted me (the wife) the next day, saying my husband “forgot” to pay him the $250 for pulling up the floor and glueing it. We went back and forth multiple times discussing the fact that he did not “forget” and that Chad has never clearly expressed to us that there would be additional costs for this. Especially considering all the cleanup WE had to do All in all the floors look good. The quarter round on the walls not so much. It’s not fully nailed down in all areas, there are splintered ends, and it just looks like a quick halfass job. We are happy our floors are done, but would not use their service again:"

"The work was completed timely and professionally.  They cleaned up whatever debris everyday and upon completion inspected their work with me to see a flaws or correction.  There were no flaws or corrections.

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"

"Great - even though he was short on help he got the floors installed timely and as promised and looks really good!!"

"Mr Phelps (and his assistant Marcus) did an excellent job on our recent LVP flooring installation. On-time every morning and took care of our furniture. The project completed the day he anticipated and communicated. With all in-house tradesman, trustworthiness is paramount. I felt very comfortable with his presence in my home and his work on my floors. 10/10"
