"Novaks had available what we wanted for a furnace.  We were looking for a single stage that would meet the requirements of the area utility rebates.  The cleaning of duct work and installation was flawless.  They were also extremely helpful and made it a priority in testing the system after installation as well as filling out all of the required submission forms with our responsibility only to sign as verification of the home owner.  I've waited almost an entire year to fill out this survey because I wanted to have tested the system in the coldest of winter and warmest of summer to verify that a sufficient system had been installed since the BTU rating was lower than or previous system.  We have had no issues at all since the install and are hoping for a reliable system in the years to come. <br />"

He's the kind of repairman you can really trust to do the job well without racking up a bill! My dryer quit working I called him at noon and he was out to fix it that evening. He went through the dryer and trouble shot all the different problems it could be until he'd eliminated everything except for the motor. The final determination, after some testing, was the motor was dead. When I was talking with him I learned that he does other handy work as well and believe he has the character to do great quality work with whatever he does."
