"Nice job trimming branches, they even cut some extra branches that weren't in the original quote. I gave them a C because the trimmers let large branches drop from high elevation. I noticed this after they left, but I had huge holes in my yard that I had to repair and I almost sprained my ankle on the hole. This could've also easily damaged my sprinklers or line as the holes were deep."

I also hired them to remove some shrub trunks from my neighbor’s front yard on my dime. They removed some 16 huge arborvitaes, ground the stumps, filled in and leveled the ground and applied grass seed and straw. 9 days after completion, the grass seed is sprouting and I’m pleased that Johnnys could do the entire job for me. "Jon, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call. He came out within a couple days to meet with me and discuss the job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs. Their service was impeccable and the price was much more affordable compared to the other companies' estimates. Please see the photos for the before and after."

"I had 5 very large tall trees cut down in our backyard. The trees were close to our house and deck. Jake's crew took extreme care to tie off branches so nothing hit the deck or house. They did a great job and are hard working and reasonably priced. I hired them again and if I ever need additional tree service I will use Jake. I recommend him highly and without any reservations."
