"Neverwet truly stands by their lifetime transferable warranty! I purchased my home last summer. The previous owners had installed the Neverwet basement system. This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. Kevin, one of the owners promptly came over to evaluate the situation. He determined the drain line from the sump pump needed to be extended and connected to the storm sewer. Kevin obtained the necessary permits from the Village and his crew (Jordan and Stirlling perform the work at no additional cost. I am very appreciative of the quick response and excellent customer service from start to finish of the project. I highly recommend NeverWet. They stand behind their warranty and do quality work. "Travis the owner of the business was so kind and went out of his way. My couch was so big hard to get out of the room. He thought of ideas to get it out take feet off of couch, take the bed out of couch Etc. I had just had the room painted and new wood floors put in. He did not get one mark on floor or walls. If you need things moved I highly recommend LZ junk removal items. Price was very fair."
