"It was a most pleasant experience having our home's roofing replaced by Sunset Roofing. To begin, I do not "price shop" for such major items. This is my home and I have to be sure I am getting what I want and need. I searched the internet an Sunset met my requirements. Roman came to the house three times before I had the roof replacement I was interested in purchasing. The roof replacement was accomplished in a day and the property was clean when the job was done. Natural cedar siding is on the house. Flashing requires removing the siding and replacing it. The siding had been painted recently, Roman went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the appearance of the siding. Sunset Roofing does a good job an I would recommend it to anyone. The only part of the roof on the building it was flat the house was built in 1957 He came in and talked to me about the repair and my concern about flat roof and i was worried about it leaking again. So he told me why the way he was going to fix it would reproof against leaking and he went ahead and did that. It was difficult because it was 30 feet up but he came and he did an excellent job and its never leaked since but I was up on the roof, at least six months after it was repaired I noticed that part of the flushing around the vent it looks like its starting to come up called him and he came in quickly within the day.
