"In 2011 our roof (four years old at the time) suffered severe damage as a result of a major hail storm. Since then we had tried to get Allstate Insurance to cover damage to our roof with no success. Nine years later and after paying another roofing company $2,500 to fix a major leak, I called Eason Roofing when a second major leak occurred. "This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased that they were the first company I called when I noticed that my roof was leaking. Bryon was the service representative that came out and inspected our roof, and he was very thorough, pleasant and very detailed when he explained the pictures he took of our roof and the process of submitting the claim to the insurance company. He even came out and spoke to the insurance company on our behalf to submit the initial claim, and he came out and inspected the roof again with the insurance adjuster. Any questions that we had during the process, Bryon was their to answer. He represented the company well. This was my first insurance claim and I was very happy that I had Bryon and the rest of the Roof Medic staff to assist me, and to make the insurance claim process easy. "The whole process went extremely smoothly. Alex Sanchez, the owner's son, was the foreman of the large crew. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful of the property. Items were moved out of the range of falling shingles and debris, our new HVAC unit was covered, and large tarps were put down to catch everything. The new roof looks wonderful and I have no doubt of the quality of installation. As a final note, the clean up was excellent. They called in advance, scheduled a date for the work, arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily.
