"I ordered a dumpster for basic garage cleanup and when it did not show up on the agreed date and time and that I would not be charged until it was picked up. On the agreed day of delivery I had to call several times before finally reaching someone because not only did no one show up and no one call, my card had already been charged. After I finally got a hold of the owner, she gave me the driver's number and HE informed me that they had an admin issue (their fleet ALL had expired tags and they were unable to deliver the dumpster when promised) but would bring it the next day. The next day again no call no show and after over a dozen calls to the business owner I finally got a hold of the driver I spoke with the day before who had finally explained the problem and was assured that I would get it the next day (Monday), and that I would be given until that next Sunday morning for no extra charge. I never heard back from the owner despite several dozen calls, several voicemails and texts. That Monday the driver called me to ask if I had been refunded my money or if I had heard back from the owner and when I told him I hadn't he agreed to bring the dumpster as soon as possible It was delivered at 2 that afternoon, the driver was very helpful and professional. This morning he arrived at 7:30 (no call or text to let me know he was coming) to pick up the dumpster. He told me it was overfull but that for an additional $128 he could come back for anything left behind so they wouldn't be fined. I woke my husband up and he went outside and together they were able to rearrange the trash so that it was no longer overfull (which had I been alone, I wouldn't have ever known). Overall, they provided a service I needed but I will not use them again. If I were simply rating the driver I would give him a solid B, but overall I would say, if you have other options and are not in a time crunch go with someone else - this company is not very reliable and they will make sure they get your money even if you have to wait on their schedule for service and for their whims to even get a call back.
