"This company is so great. They were prompt in coming the first time our house flooded & gave us an estimate, then got right to work. They worked so hard to get everything dried out & cleaned up. They were also much less expensive than the estimate given by  the first company we called. They even helped my husband search for my cat that went missing in all the confusion. They certainly didn't have to do that. They did a good job too, I couldn't even tell we'd been flooded. We liked & appreciated them so much, we used them again the next time our house flooded approximately 2 weeks after the first time! They had to come in the evening & on a Sunday then, but again, were so prompt. I felt very comfortable having them in our home, & a couple of times, they came & worked while we were away from the house. The second cleanup was much more extensive, but again, we felt like they did a great job & always explained what needed to be done & why. For as hard as everyone worked, I thought what they charged us was quite reasonable. I hope we never need to use them again, but we wouldn't hesitate to call if we were hit with another disaster. <br />"

"I had a water heater installed yesterday and I'm incredibly happy with the service. The quote was not the highest or lowest, but the professional level of service I received was worth the extra. Lowest bids are not always a great idea. I was charged exactly what my estimate stated and I'm happy that they do not charge an hourly rate, rather a per job rate. Things were very cut and dry and up front. I also got their friends and family plan that gave me 25% off up front (though this only brought the price down to what others were quoting. I feel like this was more of a marketing move to give me services later on. I respect the business savvy of the move, but feel it's a bit shifty - hence the one star off). <br /> Pros: Fast and friendly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and took great care to treat me like a human and my house like their own. The technician who installed it (Sean) seemed knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I like that the family plan helps to cover all services and includes inspections later on (as we may need it for selling the house). The 25% discount will be welcome as well should we need other work later on. <br /> Cons: Not the least expensive, but I wasn't really shooting for cheap, I wanted dependable. The family plan seems like a good idea up front, but it felt like it was necessary to get in order to get the real price of a water heater install. <br /> <br />"

"Shawne was able to perform both services, air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, both the same day, starting with duct cleaning and finishing with the carpets. He took extra precaution to make surge non of his hoses damaged the corners of my walls. He was very fast and very thorough. Shawne visually showed me the collection inside my duct work before and after and i couldn't believe the difference. With the Carpets, he completely exceeded my expectations. There were spots and stains i was nearly certain were not coming out, It was like my carpet had a second life. <br /> <br />"

"I looked at the website and the company appeared to be one I would be interested in.  I called for a price and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a discount.  I was scheduled within 2 weeks and on the day of the appointment the staff showed up late.  The carpet is fairly new <2 years at the time.  The carpet appeared to be clean for a few days but didn't smell as fresh or last as long as I had expected.  I also was disappointed to see that after the cleaning large dark shaded circles appeared in the [light] carpet which has never happened before.  I can't say for sure if the spots were from the actual cleaning but I do know that I have never spilled anything in those areas before. <br />"

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
