Owner Tom Larson answered the phone himself, and provided a clear price estimate and scope of services based on my description of the intended task. Although their location was about an hour from ours, that was not an issue. Tom made sure to bring the appropriate staff to assist in the removal of the heavy furniture and equipment. He confirmed the appointment, ensured that insurance coverage was emailed immediately from his agent, and arrived on time on the scheduled day. From beginning to end of the project, Tom and his crew were courteous and efficient, and navigated some tough corners and steps in removing the heaviest and unwieldy of the items - all the while being very conscious of ensuring no damage to our premises. Also impressive was at the end of clearing the garage, Tom and crew - without asking - left it broom clean. It was a great experience, and I will hire them again to finish the basement clean-up, and highly recommend them to anyone considering junk removal services."

I rented a 20 yd. dumpster, but since there were none available for the next day, which is when I needed one, they upgraded me to a 30 yd. dumpster, for the same price, which I filled up. I live on a mountain in Hampden, MA., which can be challenging for large vehicles, but MIke, the driver, worked very hard to angle the dumpster to my liking, so I could still pass down the driveway with my car. He was very considerate and professional. Working with the people in the office was easy and reassuring that all would go well, and it did. "The garage was quite disgusting and Paul had to work around a large classic car that did not run and could not be removed for the clean out. He worked diligently and methodically.  I was very impressed and I will DEFINITELY use him again.   It took 5 truckloads at $80 per truck and I had $36 in tipping fees.  For the job I had I thought it was very reasonable.  I think that if I had gotten a dumpster and done it myself  it probably would have run in the ballpark of what I paid   . "IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly.
