"Due to the wind storm we had neither power nor water so Landon , the owner,supplied both without complaint or extra charge. the entry pad had sunk about 2 inches nearest the cabin, causing any rain or snow melt to drain toward the cabin , saturating our lower exterior wood siding and sending water into our partially finished basement. He lifted the pad gradually ,without any cracking, nearest the cabin , so any water now runs off away from the cabin and foundation. I sent a request for an estimate on roofing in the evening and had a response the next morning. Emailed back and forth then Darius took my phone number and our business went forward from there. Darius came out to my home in a very timely manner, looked over everything and had an estimate for me in just a day or two. I originally requested an estimate for metal roofing. Darius talked to me at length about metal vs. composite roofing and included bids for both from basic roofing all the way to high end. Darius never imposed his own preferences upon me, just gave me the information needed so my husband and I could make a decision. My husband met with Darius at a Mcdonalds near my husband's work so he could see and understand about the differences in the roofing. Shortly after that we met Darius at the roofing supply store to make the final choices about roofing and roof accessories. Darius took care of permits and ordered our roofing and within a month we had a new roof. The roofers were very friendly and professional. Let us know if they needed to leave and when they would be back. They worked really hard, I felt bad about roofing in such hot temperatures. I was very impressed with every part of this process.
