"I initially contacted USA Fence thru Angie when I wanted to look into putting a split rail fence on my property. My objective was purely aesthetic, not looking to fence in the whole yard but rather just improve the curb appeal and overall aesthetic. Mark Sully of USA Fence came out to discuss what I was looking for and to provide me with a quote. By the end of our first meeting I was sold on his professionalism, his understanding of my goals, and how comfortable he made me feel about the process going forward. Fast forward a couple of weeks Mark contacted Dig Safe, they came out, did their thing and the next day Mark was calling me to say his crew could come in the afternoon the following day. His amazing crew of 3 came to my house and in roughly 3 hours had completed a perfect installation of over 100’ of fence that looks amazing. True pros. Every car in the neighborhood and even other cars passing through all slow down to cruise mode to go by the fence slowly to admire it."

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"
