"Job went extremely well. Victor carefully removed floor tiles and 1 level of wall tile being extra careful to preserve existing wall tile. He guided us on how much floor and wall tile we had to select & purchase. During this phase, he came to our condo at each request to ensure we bought correct type and amount of tiles. He wonderfully raised the floor of the shower (unexpected) and created the drainage slope. Then expertly installed all the new tiles! Shower floor looks great and the water drains like it's supposed to. If not for raising the floor, entire job would have taken 4 days."

"Chip and Grace were a great team. We met them by word of mouth within our condo community. Chip did excellent work in remodeling 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Grace communicated throughout the process and sent pictures daily. Chip stayed on the job until completion, about 9 weeks, which was most the important part of the process to us. His job included doing all the gutting, top to bottom, replacing ceilings, lights and drywall. He did a great job in laying the tile. He installed vanities, and kitchen cabinets and appliances. He finished with painting doors and walls and baseboards, and hung a ceiling fan. His price was fair and he honored his word."

"If I could give Eddie a 100 star rating I would. Since we live in Michigan taking on a full kitchen and bath remodel on our second home with a contractor we didn’t know was definitely unnerving. I can without hesitation give Eddie of Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creations my highest recommendation. Not only did he communicate with me promptly and courteously he also sent photos daily as progress was made on our home. Just to further validate, we have moved 2 times in the past three years (once from Rome Italy to Michigan and now in the process of moving to New Jersey) and have remodeled that home and are currently remodeling our new home... we are continually working with different contractors. We have dealt with the good, the bad, and the down right ugly. Eddie has by far gone above and beyond what we ever expected. His work and crew are incredible. I even asked if he could hang a tv for me and he immediately sent over a member of his crew. I wanted to give him a cash tip for helping me with work outside of the remodel job, he said “no thank you mam, that’s not necessary.” That further impressed me with how polite and kind Eddie’s crew is. Flip Flop is an outstanding company and you will be very pleased you hired them. (Incidently we do not know Eddie outside of our remodel and are not related in anyway.
