"Each person I talked to was professional and helpful and knowledgable. This includes Rob, Claudia and the two men who came out to do the work. Time will tell whether their promise of another 10-20 years with this fence holds true, but they have given be every reason to trust them and to enjoy working with them. I will most definitely seek them out if I need other fence work and I would recommend the company to anyone. I think this was a hard job, too. I had another fence company come out prior to Geo Bros and was told, "I won't touch that crap" (the previous owners did a real poor job on the fence a couple years ago), but Rob from Geo Bros didn't shy away from the hard work. It was really refreshing to have so many positive exchanges with each employee I encountered. The men who did the job explained to me what they were doing and didn't mind at all that my 15 month old was fascinated by them working out back!"

Rachel was prompt in following through on quotes and scheduling, Jim was great with helping me understand my options while scoping and Bill & team were easy to work with during the installation. I barely spoke to Bill & team while they were here for 3.5 days to complete the project. They kept me informed, came early in the day and got the job done on schedule. They were also nice enough to humor my requests to make the fencing pet friendly by filling in gaps where the ground wasn't level. I'd recommend them!"

"They are very friendly and knowledgable and installed the stair railings and it went very well. The short assist rail was installed later due a a mix up at the shop. Nonetheless, the short railing was installed in a small concrete footing. All went well. The workers said they would come back in a few days or a week after the concrete set to touch up any nicks and scratches in the railing and pick up some tools they left behind to steady the railing while the concrete was setting. Several weeks went by and they did not return. I called the office and they said that they would take care of it. Another few weeks have gone by and they still have not returned. As of the writing of this review they still have not shown up to fix the scratches and take back their tools. Not a word. The work was done well and the quality of the railings is very good but their response and follow through is not good at all.


Update to the review in the above paragraph. They did finally arrive to complete the job. Again, they do good work. I am pleased that railings are now complete and it looks fine."

"Rob came down to Brockton and installed a really classy looking black aluminum fence in the front of out house which is right on Main street. The fence is really attractive and looks very much like an old school black iron fence, but at a fraction of the cost and this fence won't rust. The fence looks so good even some inspectors from the City of Brockton stopped and told him how great it looked. It came out even better than I expected and it will improve the value of that property big time.."

"From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. The price was great and right on target with my numerous other quotes. They had a wonderful selection of fences and actually listened and asked questions. I have done a lot of work on my house and this company far exceeds any of the contractors I have used so far. So much so that I have never written a review before. They just did such a great job I think other people need to know!"
