"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

When Guy and Mike arrived, they were the icing on the cake. Their professional manner, work ethic, and skill transformed the kitchen to the one I dreamt of. "I can't say enough good things about Rich Mathews & Son. Our hot water heater failed and was pumping rust water through the lines in our house. We have an infant so needed clean hot water for baths and cleaning his bottles ASAP. When I called Rich he was completely accommodating and sympathetic to our bind. He offered to drop what he was working on and come service our system immediately without any surcharge or price gouging for expedited service. I called him around 8:30 am. He got the part and was done with entire job by 11:00 am so we could be on the road before traffic hit. He was completely professional and did a marvelous job at a very reasonable price, which he quoted up front. Highly recommend!"
