The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment was knowledgeable and clearly explained the process and what to expect. <br /> The service tech was very patient and answered all of my questions. "For months I've been having "gurgling" sounds in all bathroom fixtures when taking a shower. I replaced a leaking pipe, and the plumber (my cousin, very reputable) did not find any blockages. But he said if it continued he'd call New England Drain Service. He told me they were honest and very good at what they do. His main caution: "Do NOT call RotoRooter, they will charge two or three times as much." Well, it happened yesterday in a new and alarming manner, Couldn't remember the name, so I called my cousin, who called me back and said they would be here within the hour. And they were. "We called them to clear the tub drain, which we thought might have been the cause of an occasional foul odor in the bathroom. Sam snaked the tub drain, found the root cause of the "clog" (a loose screw in the drain).   Since there really wasn't a real clog, we talked further about what might be causing the odor.  After I mentioned the toilet was recently re-seated after we tiled the bathroom floor, he suggested the root cause might be a bad toilet seal (wax ring), even though there was no leak.  So, I asked him to go ahead and check that out.  He then removed/replaced the bad seal on the toilet, and he is pretty confident that was the problem, since the toilet was not properly re-seated after the tile installation (we'll see soon enough).  I had contacted them the night before based upon a recommendation from Billy Jones of Rainbow International, also of Beverly.  They responded to my request for service (via Angie's List) within the hour, and came out the next morning as promised.  He got right to work, and completed the job ion about an hour and a half.  I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them."

"Larry was extremely prompt, and performed a thorough inspection of the basment area he would be working in, including the best location for the dehumidifier, and where it would drain.  He then called me later that day to provide me with an estimate, and indicated he had not only researched the precise dehumidifier that would work best for my space, but also driven to Home Deport to do a price comparision.  We placed the order with him, and it was installed just three days later (and it only took that long because he had determined the best price was from a company that needed that time to deliver the unit)."
