"All Under One Roof did an amazing job with my roof replacement. My roof was leaking for the last couple months so I decided before winter to replace. When they were replacing it I was informed and shown pictures of how bad the damage was. The roof has extensive rot in many areas. All Under went above and beyond and cut out all the old rot and replaced. They went into great detail to show me the rot and how it was leaking for years, but not into the interior of the house. I am so happy at how it came out and will recommend All Under One Roof to all my friends."

"I called NMTI regarding a leaky roof. They not only answered my call (at least 6 other roofers didnt pick up or return a call), but they came out on two days later to give me a quote. Ramon came to my house and was the consummate professional. He explained the options to me and was very honest with his quote. He basically said the job would only require 1 man for a couple hours of work so it would be their minimum charge. He offered to have someone come out on Monday (2 days later). It was delayed one day because of rain, but the work was completed by 9am on Tuesday. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Juan regarding an entire roof replacement. I know it is necessary, it wasnt something they tried to push on me. Juan came out this morning and measured my roof and provided me with a quick, detailed, and very fairly priced quote. Not only would I recommend NMTI for their service, I'd also recommend them because they are good and honest people that have treated my wife and I with the utmost respect."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

I engaged Gibely in October of 2020 to replace my roof, gutters, siding and more. In a world where everyone makes you feel like a number, Gibely clearly gave you a family atmosphere on the job site. Two words,...they cared! Brian Dobbins (owner), Jeff Northcott (general manager) and Deb Dwinnell (office manager) were a pleasure to deal with. They were easy to reach, and they were willing to adjust for certain changes we had asked for. Brian's experience helped us decide on the roof color (and quality) and gave us valuable suggestions regarding the siding. Never did I expect siding to look this nice, and this real (like wood). The crew was always on-time, polite, clean and most of all, professional throughout the job. It seemed like they never stopped working. They were on the job site early and left as late as possible. No one was hanging around, everybody was working and doing their part. My yard and driveway were cleaned daily. Myles was extremely neat. Craftsmen to detail, and no hidden costs or secrets. "LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"Tom called to asked if he could arrive a bit early (!!) and arrived exactly at the newly arranged time.
He jumped right into his consultation, literally jumping off the porch into the tiny ditch dug four feet below grade to expose a small section of the foundation.  After spending significant time assessing the situation at the foundation, he carefully consider the sill, framing, roof planes, and all other relevant physical details of the space, both inside and out.  He then gave us a detailed recommendation.  He allowed ample time for us to write notes and patiently answered all of our questions and desire for clarification on a few issues.  
Shortly thereafter we received a written report that was as expected.
