"They first came out in July. The unit sits outside and they did a real fine job cleaning it out. They have been out twice now. When my furnace went out in the cold, they came out immediately to look at it, but had to order the parts. When the parts came in, they came right out because I was without heat. They completed a repair on the furnace in November. Because I have the planned service, they provided a discount for the work. They had to replace the blower wheel and motor. Both technicians I have dealt with have been real professional and great!  The office staff is very good as well. I have been very pleased with them overall."
