"I inquired about purchasing a larger tree than I saw they had in stock. They said they could order one on the next truck. They did.  They received the tree and called me. I went in to pay for it and had it set up to have it planted. They use a 3rd party to do these services.  I received a call within the week from them to schedule it.  We agreed to wait for a while due to all the rain.  They wanted to preserve the yard.  We had a lot of rain. We finally were able to get a date set and the tree has been planted. The did a great job.  They removed the dead tree and dug, placed, planted, and mulched the new tree.  I was given directions on watering it for a few days.  I was very pleased with the service. <br />"
