"I found Jose to be extremely professional, curteous, and always on time. He provided a detailed estimate within 24 hours of coming to my house to discuss the project and review what I needed done. I thought he provided a fair estimate based on the amount of preparation required to get my house ready to paint. It required scraping of old paint, sanding, priming, and apply 2 coats of paint and ended up taking 3-4 days total. Jose and his team showed up on time each day and worked diligently throughout the day, and would consult me periodically throughout the project to set expectations and to provide a status. The end result looked wonderful. My house went from looking shabby with peeling paint and rotting wood in places, to new and fresh. He clearly explained how he planned to fix it and the time frame and gave me a very reasonable quote. He did a fabulous job spraying anti-mold spray, then patching the hole and another visible seam. Finally, he painted the ceiling. His work compared to other contractors I had for the same job in the past was more clean, solid and efficient.
