All work was with extreme care. There was very little drywall dust in replacing the skylights with their drop cloths catching what did fall. The deck' carpentry was done with precision cuts. Sub framing was replaced with more than adequate sub structure. They matched our roof for both the necessary rework around the kitchen skylights and just replacing the top half of out Dutch colonial style barn. I recommend them for your roofing, skylights and home improvement needs."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. "I am not a roof professional. I am a home owner who understands nothing last forever; so, I desired to seek an diagnosis (evaluation), repair and proper upkeep type of roof servicing. My roofs were not leaking but were aged. Notwithstanding the coronavirus disease pandemic (COVID-19), I scheduled three different roof service companies, from HomeAdvisor, for my roofing needs. I had hoped they - as the roof professionals - would tell me (1) what I did not know or could not see as problem areas of my roofs, (2) what roof problems, if any, need to be addressed, and (3) the cost for them to do the work. Daniel Parks did provide me with 1, 2 and 3. Moreover, Daniel Parks identified an additional roof - i.e., that ledge over my home's second story windows - in their examination. The other two roof service companies did not mention the ledge at all. Honestly, I did not even think about it, but Daniel Parks brought it to my attention with photos. I was shown before and after pictures. I really appreciated the customized photos (I didn't need to climb the roof nor simply take someone's words without visible proof). Daniel Parks was the first roof service company to respond to my HomeAdvisor call. Daniel Parks remained respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I was provided a timely estimate and a time table for the work. Daniel Parks was punctual; they cleaned up and dump material; they finished the work ahead of schedule; they received and processed payment in a timely manner; and, they performed the work to my satisfaction.
