"Brad has worked on two roofs for me. The first was a complete replacement and then this job, where is fixed part of the roof and had to replace it in a few places. Both times he's been nothing but professional. I'll use him again for my next roof and recommend him where ever I can. "They came out and inspected my roof and determined that I had a lot of hail damage and wind damage. Due to supply chain delays, it took a few months before our materials were delivered. Fortunately, we did not have a leak and were not in a rush. Our representative, Gavin, was very good about keeping us notified of how the process was going. They dealt with insurance and the process was pretty easy. When they came out for the replacement, their crew was very fast and did an excellent job. If I recall correctly, the whole process of tear down and replacement took about 3 days, and then another 2 days later on for replacement of the gutters and painting flashing. While I cannot speak for the quality of all the representatives at JDuncanson, I highly recommend Gavin if you are looking at repairing/replacing your roof. We are very happy with how it turned out."
