"Very well ! Michael and his crew ( 5) all are very polite, professional and detail oriented in their work assignment. The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. "I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."

"Working with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. From the start, Mario has been dependable, skillful, thoughtful, thorough, neat, efficient, reliable, conscientious, kind, helpful and friendly, just to name a few of his standout qualities. During our initial meeting, he listened to our needs, made solid and cost-effective suggestions, and generally showed himself to be an experienced painter. He was prompt in providing us a written, detailed proposal. As work progressed, our confidence in Mario only grew. Not only were his overall painting skills wonderful, his attention to details also made big differences. Things like painting ceiling heating/cooling vents and ceiling fan blades (went from brown to white) made our rooms so much nicer and saved us money because we originally had planned to buy new ones. He always respectfully presented such ideas for our consideration and approval before proceeding, which was much appreciated. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. Before too long, we will be ready for the next round and will be contacting Mario, no question. We highly recommend him for your painting needs. Mario is a gem!"
