"Today I called Quags because in moving my dryer the dryer vent hose came loose. I called Quags and they sent Ezekiel to my house in less than 2 hours and he reconnected the dryer vent hose. Quags refused to charge me for the emergency visit! Quags goes above and beyond! Talk about wonderful customer service! I cannot thank them enough for their great service!"

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

I had a chimney rebuild and the team were able to salvage and reuse the old bricks. The chimney looks great. The price was competitive. They even paved a crack in my front steps with the leftover cement."

Safeside Chimney and Duct Cleaning is a full service chimney and duct company. All of our service technicians are fully trained to take care of any and all of your particular needs. We are fully licensed and insured. We are an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau and The National Chimney Sweep Guild; and as members of those organizations, we subscribe to the principles and services of each.
"Would give 0 stars if possible. Willing to take money for a job upfront and not really willing to follow through with all of the work. Have a brand new pellet stove I can’t use because they “don’t” do permit work. I’m not sure who they think is supposed to get it approved and provide the documentation since they pulled and submitted the permit. You’d expect for this kind of money (~$8K for this job) that all aspects of the job would be taken care of instead of the homeowner having to figure out how to get the inspector the uL rating on some foil wrapping the contractor used. Beyond frustrated with this company and will never use again. They took initial payment in July of 2024 and only have months of phone calls did they finally do the job only to bail on completion at the permit stage. -1 stars?"
