They explained what they would do and the steps they would take to ensure that the foundation would not fail or crack. They arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly got to work on an extremely hot day. The results were outstanding. "I considered Mike a friend and was very patient over the course of the 2 year pavers install. I understood his commitment with work so I had tremendous grace during the time it took him to finish. A year after completion the ground settled to a point where the pavers sunk and separated. Also retaining caps began loosening and popping off. I?ve contacted Mike on 3 different occasions and he has repeatedly ignored my request for repairs. "
