I decided to change to a metal roof because I was renovating the room that has a low slope rubber roof and have had several leaks. I was not about to add insulation and a new ceiling and have to deal with a potential for leaks. Thus, I felt a metal roof would be the best option. Because I only have 2 X6 with no attic  I decided to add foam board insulation to the roof deck and Dave gave me a fair price. I'm glad I added the foam board to deck and it gives me extra pitch too. Dave upgraded the ice and snow membrane at no extra charge. The workers were great and they stayed late to ensure that the roof was sealed before they left because there was a chance of showers. Additionally, they sealed all of my roof penetrations on the rest of my house and  fixed some shingles had a previous leak without me asking at no charge! Wow what service.

He was friendly and informative, and he offered a very competitive price. We scheduled a time after New Year's in 2023. The work crew was very professional. They replaced soft or rotten decking, covered decking with a waterproof underlayer, and installed the shingles of our choice. Afterwards they picked up every last nail. It's been five months since then, and everything is fine."
