"We had Emerson Paints paint the exterior of our home. This company is so professional. They got my appointment within two weeks like I had asked. When I had questions or concerns they answered everything in such a friendly, calming and professional manner. The painter was friendly and so kind and worked so hard. Our house looks amazing and brand new. They were careful to tape up all the areas that weren't getting painted and I even saw the painter go around with a brush touching up tiny little spots and he didn't leave until he had it all done. When the job was finished everything was cleaned up and moved back into place. The next day I got a call from the office so they could make sure I was satisfied. "

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
