We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. "We hired this company to paint our home interior and tp repair area of our walls and ceilings where the tape had separated from the drywall. Seemed very personal and knowledgeable but as the job progressed, we realized that the experience level was not satisfactory. Mr. Salvador assured us that he would make the repairs needed. He made excuses for why he couldn?t repair the areas that we asked him to repair. He missed painting specific areas and got paint all over areas that should not have been painted, moldings, pot lights, etc. They didn?t double edge before painting and some areas didn?t have enough paint to cover the color that was there before they began painting. We ended up paying him and reflected that we were glad it was over. Then, we repainted and re-edged most of the areas that he painted. They left paint splatters on our hardwood floors and cabinets and didn?t clean up afterwards as they said they would do. We would never hire this business again. "

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
