He was very accommodating to our schedule, he showed up when he said he would, he he was professional and pleasant, and he was quite helpful in working with us to decide what to do with the yard. Jake kept excellent communication with me while we were planning the project. My work hours are crazy, so he had to do some careful time management to fit me in. He worked with my ridiculous schedule, and was able to arrange a time convenient for me. Once we settled on a plan of action, Jake took care of everything! He let me know before he was going to arrive. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He started work immediately! Throughout the project, Jake checked in with me periodically to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress, and he even took the time to offer suggestions I had not thought of to improve the landscape. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When he was done with the yard, I was at a loss of words to describe the work! I think I said "wow" about a dozen times. It doesn't even look like the same yard! His price was MORE than reasonable, and I really could not be happier with the work or with the experience. In this era of increasingly poor work ethic and corner-cutting, it is nice to know that there is at least one company I can rely on for professionalism, thoroughness, quality, and COURTESY. Caleb Waterwash--a subcontractor of KP Affordable Lawn Care--came by for an initial estimate and returned after we had moved. The photos he sent after the job was done spoke for themselves--the affected areas looked better than I had ever seen them. What's more, he completed the work despite stepping on a nail that must have remained in a garden bed since we had roof work done a few years ago. "I don't know if I can cover everything when I write a review about Brandon and Barski Hardscaping, Brandon did our pavers patio with landscaping work. There was many points covered in the good reviews he got and I agree with all the good things that were mentioned, so I won't repeat, I would point to things I appreciated the most. Brandon is excellent at his job, he knows exactly what needs to be done, he does not do any extra unnecessary work, yet he does not cut corners and does not ignore any detail. He was very good at pointing to things we did not think about, and giving us advices on different issues, he was very flexible at changing things after we started and adding some work that we found out we needed. He is very friendly and that is very important part for me, when I look for someone for a job, I like to work with a person who is humanistic and who would treat me like a friend and treat my house as if it was his, and not just about business and payments, Brandon was great at that.
