"I was looking for a provider that was easier to schedule, would be prompt, and would communicate well. I had another cleaning service that I was frustrated with for those reasons. They only schedule segments of a day, which is difficult for me given my schedule and the fact that my place is so small that I can't be home when they come. There isn't a way to leave a key, so scheduling & coordination wasn't easy for my needs.
They arrived promptly, but could not do everything I requested in the time allotted. My old service cleaned much more than they did in the time allotted.
Also, while there were a couple of people who came, it seemed like one person was acting as a supervisor, and wasn't doing much cleaning. After a couple of weeks, that same person had the nerve to send me a letter drumming up business for her own cleaning service. This is why I graded Professionalism as a "D". So Brenda's staff was completely professional to deal with over the phone, but clearly some of the people they hire aren't meeting their standards.
I decided to go back to my old cleaning service because they would do everything I needed in a single visit, and just work through the other issues like scheduling, etc.
