All the services were completed in a timely manner and correctly without rework. The project was completed within budget. "The team is pleasant to work with. Nice folks. The work was done well, for the most part. Attention to detail could have been better. Steps in the flagstone pathway wobble; this was a key part of the job for which I was charged approximately $4,000. Elsewhere a few rotted railroad ties were left that should have been replaced, or at least discussed; and railroad ties of different sizes were used in part of a retaining wall (which doesn't look nice). Lastly, the final statement was $800 higher than estimated or discussed, about 15% of the related work in the initial estimate. Maybe 15% is within reason, but I do not believe the work of the overage merited that cost (such as moving wires for $100), but it did merit discussion before being handed the bill."
