It is such a relief these days to work with just one person so that there is no confusion between us, the clients and the contractor. We just moved from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO and are completely unfamiliar with the different climate and landscaping options - but we knew that we wanted an outdoor living space that we could enjoy now and in the years to come with our children. We did our research at first and scheduled interviews with different landscape “companies”, some of which we found were just asperaitional one-man businesses that did little more than the most basic lawn maintenance. Bryon listened to what we wanted in our outdoor living space, asked relevant questions and took lots of detailed notes. He came back with a design that really impressed us and was about 90% where we ended up after a few tweaks. The planning, scheduling and execution was exceptionally coordinated and there was hardly any downtime in the three-and-a-half weeks to complete the project. We’re now left with a beautiful outdoor living space that is comfortable, day or night, that both we (Mom & Dad) and our kids all enjoy every day. Despite our project and budget being larger, in the end, after all of the miscellaneous costs for materials, etc. - we were less than one-tenth of one percent over budget. This was due to Bryon keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process, making excellent recommendations when needed to cut costs, etc., etc. Bryon was always available by either phone or email and was quick to return calls. For us, that made the entire undertaking much less stressful. We would not hesitate to use them again."
