"Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with. "We hired this company to paint our home interior and tp repair area of our walls and ceilings where the tape had separated from the drywall. Seemed very personal and knowledgeable but as the job progressed, we realized that the experience level was not satisfactory. Mr. Salvador assured us that he would make the repairs needed. He made excuses for why he couldn?t repair the areas that we asked him to repair. He missed painting specific areas and got paint all over areas that should not have been painted, moldings, pot lights, etc. They didn?t double edge before painting and some areas didn?t have enough paint to cover the color that was there before they began painting. We ended up paying him and reflected that we were glad it was over. Then, we repainted and re-edged most of the areas that he painted. They left paint splatters on our hardwood floors and cabinets and didn?t clean up afterwards as they said they would do. We would never hire this business again. "

"He was not licensed , He over charged us , He lied basically that he can do Home Improvements he dried the carpet out he basically has his contractor do the work he let the contractor work on the carpet and was ruin and will not refer him."
