"Great Service ! I used this company about 7 years ago for remodeling. Due to extensive damage from a hail storm I needed a new roof & new gutters. Excellent service & great response."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"I worked with Louie and Zach. Both credit years of experience in the roofing area. They are true professionals. They promptly responded to my request and addressed two issues of concern: A) Inspection of the roof with emphasis on defective or missing asphalt tiles and B) Securing all lose tiles, redoing the collars around pipes projecting through the roof (exhaust/fumes) and installing new flushings for smooth transitions. They are not the cheapest in the market, but in return you get quality and reliable work. Without hesitation I recommend their firm "Oak and Hammer" for roof replacements and repairs."

"Repair was done well, including matching the paint color. After initial discussion, William suggested a switch to Hardi cement board trim which was a good idea for improvement and we accepted. There were some delays, but William kept us advised and he work was completed in a timely manner."

\nWe are in active growth mode, and our approach is built on education-first customer service: we believe homeowners make the best decisions when they understand their roof, their options, and their rights under North Carolina law — even if that means they choose someone else. Every customer touchpoint, from the first phone call to the post-install follow-up, should reflect that philosophy.\n

"Excellent and we were their first metal shingle roof they had done. It has been very difficult to find someone willing to try something other than asphalt shingling. They were very attentive to detail and to our extensive landscape . The roof now looks as new as installed 8 years ago."

"Communication was outstanding. This was a scary deal for me because I lived 500 miles away from the 2nd home I was having the roof replaced. I felt very good about Brantley from the very first time we spoke. He explained everything they would do in detail. He had no problem working with me long distance. But what really sold me is that he did not want any money down. I asked for pictures at various stages since I could not be there and he gladly provided them. After they were done I had a beautiful new roof and you could not even tell any recent construction had occurred. They cleaned up every last bit of debris as if they were never there. I cannot say enough god things about Summit Roofing."
