"A true professional. Repaired the pocket door and made very certain we were pleased with his work. Another company repaired the same door two years ago and we were not completely satisfied with their work. I am totally pleased this time around."

"He helped with a door that wouldn’t close correctly. Nice man. Job well done. He’s gonna help me with a new lock. Thanks Jeffery."

"M&D Property Solutions did a great job at installing a Radon mitigation system for us. Braden was awesome to work with! All done in one day and completely satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend!"

I am an ex professional hockey player who found a passion for creating breath taking home environments and spaces for my clients. I take pride in my Harstad Construction Group name and will go above and beyond to provide the type of product and service everyone deserves.

"The services they have done for me were excellent. However, their business model has changed and they are signing people up on yearly service contracts. No more a la carte pricing. This basically means if you're not in the 1%, you're out of luck, which is unfortunate. They're serving homes 3,000 sq feet or larger with this pricing. My home is under that so I'm not in their business model any longer. Too bad."

"Everything went Great and smooth"

"We needed this repair asap due to rain deterioration. Clean Hands arranged to come on a Saturday morning. The team did a rebuild in less than 4 hours. Terrific job!! They also followed up to set a date for stain once the wood has cured. I have used Clean Hands several times over the past 5 years and will continue to do so."

"This company is incredibly prompt. The initial contact was nearly immediate and they were prompt to the appointment. The work was done meticulously. Exterior switches were moved from the porch to the interior of the house. New holes were cut in the interior wall and positioned perfectly. Great work!"

"The team was awesome! My 14 year old carpet looks perfect. I'd use them for all flooring projects. Really it was that good."

"We have lived in our home for 12 years and decided to have the home inspected (just to make sure that we weren’t missing anything that was wrong). After we received the inspector’s report regarding the problems in our crawlspace, we contacted Triangle Reconstruction. They came out promptly and spent a considerable amount of time assessing the situation and getting to the ROOT cause of the problems. As a matter of fact, they discovered each and every issue that the inspector found without having had any details of the report. They provided an itemized quote and gave us their opinion as to which items were absolutely necessary, which were “nice to have” and which we could do on our own. We were notified as to when each and every phase of the job would start and end. Triangle Reconstruction brought in different teams of experts to complete the work. This made the job progress quickly and efficiently. After each team finished, a supervisor would come to inspect their work. I highly recommend Triangle Reconstruction. This company runs like a finely tuned orchestra. They are professionals in every sense of the word and their work is impeccable!"
