"These people are the real deal! Kathleen came out to do the estimate, and walked around our property with me, talking about what our problems were and what we envisioned for our backyard. She was very good about listening and making suggestions; she was also concerned about staying within our budget, even suggesting ways for us to save money (for example, letting us do some of the work ourselves). They were prompt, friendly, and worked very hard. They finished the work very much to our satisfaction, and followed up with us to make sure that we were satisfied. We originally wanted to wait to do our fencing in the fall, but after an unfortunate experience with our neighbors, we felt that we needed our fence sooner rather than later. One phone call to Kathleen, and she was at our house the next day, discussing what we needed and when they could start. Again, she was very conscientious of our budget, even allowing us to purchase the majority of materials so we could use our military discount and save some money on the project. The fence should be finished next week, and it already looks phenomenal. They have worked so hard for us, even through the recent crippling heat wave! They have been wonderful to work with, always up front, honest, friendly, and made themselves available to us if we needed help with anything. Their prices cannot be beat: we got estimates from other landscapers in the area, and no one was able to come close to what Enviroscape offers. We love working with them, and quite frankly, they have treated us like family. We won't use anyone else. Update: the fence is now fully complete and it is phenomenal! Solid, attractive, blending well with the house and lot, and built exactly to our specifications, this fence will be here a long time! This is the best fence in the neighborhood, and our next door neighbors have talked to Enviroscape about building a fence for them."

"Suncliff does great work but they usually prioritize residential jobs as fillers in between bigger jobs. If you've got a time sensitive issue, or you need personal attention, then they'll frustrate the heck out of you. On the other hand, they're the same way about billing so it works out. <br /> Gary got me a quote as fast as the other four contractors I contacted, and was the only one who said he could tunnel under my concrete driveway rather than cutting thru it (or running pipe completely around the house). His price was higher than average but not the highest. <br /> My job started a bit later than I thought they were going to, but they tunneled under the driveway successfully even though they broke a borer bit on the project. Installation time was what I expected, and Andrew took personal pride in doing the job right. He walked me thru the controls, signed me up with the municipal utility folks for a sewer fee rebate, explained the maintenance requirements, and promptly replaced a spray head that worked loose a month later. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"He was here on time finished the work in one day and was very pleasant to be around.  He replaced the fixtures and pipework that had rotted away in the tub and shower.  He was respectful of me and my children, did the work quickly and very well.  There were a few issues with the job that were unforseen at the start.  I had no idea that the pipes were rotting away!  He warned me beforehand about any issues and costs that could happen.  He also thoroughly went over the contract before signing.  Our shower has not had as good of pressure as it does now in years!  Thank you Ruhl and Son Construction and Excavation! <br />"
