They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly. I appreciated Big Twigs for their punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge about the health of my trees and how they took care of my house + yard throughout the trimming process and post care as well. "Specifically needed to trim branches away from house to reduce ease of squirrels jumping on roof. That was the request. I mistakenly though they would prune the trees so they also looked good too. Instead they pruned up the sides facing the house and left the other side of the trees untouched, even leaving dead branches on the trees."
