The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home."

"At the onset of the project, I sat down with Don and went over the plans and my expectations. I am an automotive engineer with 30 years of experience and I was really impressed with Don and his amount of experience, building skills, and extensive knowledge of construction techniques. What really sold me was when Don offered to text me photos of the project along the way on my cell phone. We collaborated on issues when there were questions. It was almost like I was right there, even though I was 400 miles away. Don really built us a quality home, strong enough to handle the heaviest snow loads in the snow belt of the lower peninsula. He has a great business sense and the people skills to keep his crews in line. Most of all, Don seems to really care about the projects that he works on. He once went the extra mile to plow our heavily snowed driveway just so I could get into our new house to review some of his work. "everything was arranged before the install color of shingles and date and time. they arrived 15 min ahead brought all there equiptment down and promptly at 8 am they started the roof. They were nice and professional went the extra for me in fact they took a picture of the rotting corner and showed me before and after pic on his phone as there was no way i would go on the roof. they used tarps to protect the house they cleaned up right down to using a magnet to get any remaining nails that they missed they did such a great job the neighbor asked them to do hers."
