"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

I have an 118 lb white German Shepard who has and quot;neverand quot; crossed the Invisible Fence line, once he was properly trained, but it is important that you let them train your dog, unless you are familiar with their product and can do it yourself. <br /> Not only is their product the very best, but what I love about Invisible Fence is their service. If there is a rare <br /> issue with their product or installation, they do not argue, they just come out to make you happy and correct whatever the <br /> issue might be. <br /> Great product, great service before and after the installation and a true AAA company !!!! <br />"

"Especially now that it's August and the humidity has been extremely high for weeks, I can tell the difference in having this wonderful new system that Durham installed. The humidity control far exceeded my expectations. Though the system wasn't cheap (for me), it was compatible with other fully installed units out there, and I'm glad I made this investment. If you want to keep your electric bill costs down, replace ducting (this alone cut my bills by an average of $60/month), install more insulation, and get a new energy efficient unit. The humidity feature will use more energy, but with the more efficient system I'm not paying any more in monthly bills than I did before the humidity control feature. Believe me, the humidity control makes a BIG difference. You also want to look at the quality of the install - Durham is fantastic. They are efficient, professional, and provide substitute window units while the upgrades are happening. I will also say, their annual service agreement is well worth it too."

"I've used this company several times over the last 3 years.  They do beautiful work and are extremely nice.  They also have lots of good design ideas.  However, they are very very slow.  I waited months for product and when I (frequently) called they either didn't return my calls or wouldn't confirm a delivery date.  I had to go to their office to get a real answer on 2 seperate occasions.  <br /> <br /> If you use them-discuss the time frame and hold them to it.  Also, be there when they install-there was lack of communication between the ordering and the installation on 2 parts of the job.  The wooden fence would have been put in the wrong place if I hadn't been there to correct them and the metal fence would have been installed incorrectly as well."
