"We had gut and rebuild construction done on 2 bathrooms in our 1959 bilevel ranch, so that special sticky construction dust was on every single surface throughout the upstairs (less downstairs). A team of 3 came in to clean 3 empty bedrooms and the finished bathrooms. They finished in about 2.5 hours, including walls, baseboards, floors, windows (inside), doors and the bathroom fixtures (including inside cabinets). It is a very meticulous job to get all that dust. When I went over the work that evening, there were a few things that were missed or unevenly done for my expectations. I called and discussed with Ms. Marzanna, and prepared a punchlist for her team. We had hoped to have it done for the long weekend (Memorial Day) so we could start moving back into the spaces. Marzanna was able to arrange for 2 women to come back and address the items before the weekend so weâ d stay on timeline! All told, 3x 2.5 hrs + 2x 2 hrs, which is what we expected it would take to address everything. Wonderful job! Once we get things out of the living room they will come back for Phase 2."

"Traci is an excellent house cleaner. Prior to my cleaning, we reviewed all the finer details that I needed done (blame my mother for making me so picky). Traci didn't take it personal. She didn't scoff. She didn't half-do the stuff. She did a thorough job. The best thing about her is that she puts stuff back in place after moving it to clean. My old cleaner, l'd come home and the house would be clean, but in shambles. Stuff moved everywhere. Not with Traci. On top of all this she has a pleasant and kind demeanor. It had snowed that morning so the movers had trudged in snow and salt and the floors were a mess.
