"Quality of work above average for the new concrete work performed. -Concrete splatter on front door, shutters and siding. Other firms apply poly covering to avoid this mess. -Original concrete driveway not protected from excess loading from redi-mix truck. Differential settlement of existing pavement panels and cracking resulted. Ask for protective mats to distribute the loads to avoid this. -Imported black dirt for landscape repairs and beds was high quality organic material. -Negotiated additional driveway removal and replacement. Fair with price at same unit cost as original quote."

"Cornerstone Concrete did a great job with my new driveway. They were very accommodating with my schedule, and were able to give me a quote and squeeze me in before the end of the year. They were also very flexible in allowing me to install some under-driveway drainage for my downspouts while they were working. There was some minor cosmetic damage that occurred during the installation, but they were quick and fair in rectifying the issue. The driveway itself looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again."

Leveling , brushing and special stamping completed before the heat of the summer day. Job site left clean as well as washing down the street to assure a clean looking neighborhood. Have watched similar neighborhood contractors and they set the standard for meeting expectations. Book your job early as their schedule gets full."

When we agreed on the price and work to be done, the work scheduling was done in a timely manner. The information provided ahead of time was thorough on what we should and shouldn’t do after installation. Both the concrete and asphalt crews did excellent work. "I had a sidewalk and partial driveway installation done. The job estimator John Monaghan was excellent and explained all work that would be done. The concrete work was very nice and done on time, time will tell if the quality lasts.. The driveway portion abutted some existing concrete pavers that need to be removed for the concrete pour and then replaced. The work done on this portion was poor, some pavers needed to be cut and were not cut straight with large uneven gaps. I am not a professional but I will do a much better job replacing them. Also the crew did not bring any base material for this portion and I provided them with leveling sand I had. Details matter."

"What great workers! It was a refreshing experience dealing with craftsmen. The difference between the specialists at PKSalt and everyone else is thei sense of pride they take in their workmanship. They actually care! They would always clean up after themselves. The doors were closed and locked when I came home. Without exception, the crews were respectful of my property and of me. Originally, due to the pandemic, we had some issues with having to wait for products. Once the item arrived it was at the house and the crew was busy installing it. PK Salt worked seamlessly with my designer and decorator. My new kitchen, flooring and bathroom are stunning! My next project is already bubbling in my imagination and I cannot wait to once again work with this excellent company."

"The overall process was very smooth. Lowell is extremely knowledgeable and started with a very informative estimate of all the possibilities he was considering for the project. He has a substantial portfolio of past work to view as well. The timeline was accurate and he was updating us every step of the way if something changed. We happened to be out of town the week of the project but communication was never an issue. The final product was amazing. Everything he outlined for us to expect and see from the finished product was true. The one critique I have is that we were unaware of some of the landscaping issues with the surrounding sod that we now have to fix to make level with the new driveway. It would have been nice to know how much he would have to dig down and change the look of everything surrounding the driveway/walkway"
