"Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."

"The company s very proactive, texted, called and left voice message about the project and provide quotes for the work. Appointment was done quick and they showed up on time, and they work weekends (job done on Sunday!). Sebastian and his crew was very professional and helpful. Based on their assessment and advice we ends up replacing both springs to ensure the system works for next 20+ years with no issue. They also helped grease all the door hinges and provide advise on the panel arrangements. Great job! Very pleased with professionalism and punctuality."
