"Contacted William to get an estimate on the door and the stairs (as described in the other section) and he met me at the rental property on time to give the estimate. The price estimate he gave was in line with what I expected to pay for the job, and once he told me the details of the stair repair it was even more work than I was expecting. His time estimate for when he could do the job was right on track, and he emailed me to say when he was going to start work on the house - always punctual. We reviewed the work after it was complete, and it was clear that he went above and beyond to not only bring the stairs up to code but also tweak things to make them lower maintenance and safe.
