"We have used Fanny to maintain our property for several years. Prior to using Fanny, we had tried several other landscaping companies, with all of whom we had problems, such as being billed for work not done, billing the same work twice, not doing the work in the manner we requested (eg, we asked one landscaper to trim the ends of a tree's branches but instead of trimming the landscaper simply removed the branches in their entirety), charging more than the agreed upon price even though the work hadn't changed, and not responding to phone calls.
