"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

"Stephen was fairly easy to reach and responsive by phone and email. They arrived at 9:45a even though they had wanted to schedule for 7:30a and we agreed on 8:00am. I was their first job of the day. His workmen replaced the crown cement but did no repair to the rim of the crown until I inspected the work from the roof and sent him a picture. We agreed it was a misunderstanding. Separately I specified repairs to the cracked stucco near the ground., Stephen explained that we could have him attempt to paint over the cement but it would likely not match.
