I was a little upset when they arrived and gave me my final price, which was about 20 - 25% higher than the online tool estimated. The main guy said the tool was "off" but didn't give much more explanation. I needed the stuff gone so I didn't argue much over the point. However, I would have second thoughts about using them again. If the online pricing tool is off that much, it should be updated. In my opinion, anything more than a 10% difference is price gouging."
