The details of the deal stated 4 hours, and when they contacted us to confirm, they asked what we wanted done in the 8 hours, so that should have been our first sign to ask for clarification. The reality was that 6 men showed up and worked for less than one hour at the end of the day with one hour of daylight left. It felt very rushed, as if they either had another job to go to, or simply needed to finish their day. Otherwise they were extremely friendly, polite and professional, but in the future I will first ask what is meant by "hours" of work. In this case, it was obvious that it meant "man hours" not "clock hours".
