"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. "Wonderfully! Dennis's team did a fabulous job and painted everything beautifully. They are polite, fast, friendly and clean up the mess - you can't even tell they were there painting. They are also very contentious about the work being done and won't just leave things just "OK" - my bedroom needed 3 coats instead of 2 and Pat didn't just leave it the way it was, she wanted me to be happy (no extra charge). This is the second time I've used Quality Counts and they are going to come back to paint my kitchen/family room/hallway/stairs and laundry room.
