"Ergeon was very quick to get back with me and answer my calls. They are fantastic about getting back to you quickly. They do a virtual meeting to go over everything and give you a quote and then they send a guy out to measure and make sure their quote is accurate. I wanted a hog wire panel fence. There was a bit of a hiccup in scheduling the installation because they needed supplies shipped in. I'm a tiny bit disappointed because the installers showed up with a roll of welded wire that they stapled to a wood frame-so it wasn't framed panels. I still love the look of the fence but I think the idea got lost along the way."

"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls! They provided a written quote, left some material about the company and also discussed the work with us. Still deciding if we want to have the fence installed due to the price or just limit the kids to the front yard until they are old enough.

"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! Tony and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and went directly to work.  The preparation for the painting job is the most important part of the job and they did an excellent job in it.  Loose and cracked paint was removed and smoothed and rotted wood was replaced.  Even though the paint includes a primer, Tony applied a separate primer to the whole house.  The finished paint was applied the next day and it was an excellent job.  Wrought iron trim was removed and painted with special metal paint.  All of the doors were painted inside and out.  Wood trim was painted separately  .After the work was finished the house looked so good.

This is the second job Tony has performed for me.  He is extremely professional and takes great pride in his work.  He gives his clients more than is expected.  He never just cuts the job to save time or money.
